Primus owns and operates its own premium class, fully redundant data centre in Melbourne. All building systems are fully redundant and are backed by a full 99.99% service level agreement which includes all scheduled maintenance each year.

Carrier Neutral Colocation
Whilst all co-location and hosting customers have access to the Primus Internet Service as part of all agreements, our carrier neutrality policy provides you access to a large number of local Internet, longhaul and wireless carriers to meet all of your connectivity needs.
This strategy eliminates restrictive service minimums and carrier requirements typically found in the proprietary collocation offerings of access providers. In addition, customers can guarantee themselves higher levels of redundancy by contracting back-up circuits with disparate providers.
